To ensure all our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, please review our policies carefully.
1. Booking and Reservation Policy
Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and during peak seasons.
Payment: 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book a reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
3. Security Deposit
Deposit Requirement: We do not charge a security deposit.
Damage Fees: Any damage to the property or excessive cleaning required will be deducted separatly.
5. Charging your eCar: In the garage you will find a Charging Wallbox. You need to scan the barcode provide all required data. The charging will start and charge the cost to your credit card or Paypal.
6. House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet.
No Pets: We love animals, but for the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors and other guests.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
Violating our house roules may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.
7. Amenities and Usage
Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Fire Pit: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit but must ensure it is fully extinguished before leaving the area.
Sauna (if available): Please adhere to the safety guidelines posted near the hot tub. Use is at your own risk.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. We kindly ask guests to wash all dishes and return items to their original places before check-out.
