The house is very well and functionally divided. 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms. The sauna is also great after a day of skiing. Nothing to complain about!

Perfect villa. The view was great from the living room and bedroom. New construction villa equipped with everything you need. It consists of a main room and two bed rooms separated from their toilets.

It is a beautiful accommodation in a very nice location with fantastic views of the glacier and the mountains. The location is convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Max was very helpful as a host and responded promptly to messages. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!!!

The location and the view of the Alps was very appealing, the terrace is wonderful, the rooms are very large, everything is very clean and the bathrooms are also very nice and clean. Everything was perfect.

We have a washer available for guest use, along with laundry detergent.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of all our guests.

Yes, we provide fresh linens, bath towels, and extra blankets for your comfort.
What kitchen appliances and essentials are provided?
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. We also provide cooking utensils, pots and pans, and basic spices.
Is there Wi-Fi available at the chalet?
Yes, we provide high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the chalet to keep you connected during your stay.
Are there any restaurants nearby?
Yes, there are several fantastic dining options just a short drive away. From cozy cafes to fine dining, you’ll find plenty of variety to satisfy your cravings in Neukirchen. The Weyerhof is our favourit restaurant, however be aware that its a fine dining restaurant and that the prices are high.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes, there are several grocery stores and convenience shops within a 10-15 minute drive where you can stock up on essentials for your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged upon request, depending on availability.
How do I check the availability and book a stay?
You can check availability and make a reservation through our 'Book Now' page. Simply select your dates, number of guests, and submit your booking request.
Do you require a security deposit?
No, we do not require a deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within 14 days of your stay, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
